Sample Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Gateway City
Arrival in the gateway city (Ushuaia, Punta Arenas, or Christchurch). Transfer to hotel and attend expedition briefing.
Day 2: Embarkation
Board the expedition ship. Safety briefing and departure towards Antarctica.
Day 3–4: Drake Passage Crossing
Sail across the Drake Passage. Onboard lectures, wildlife spotting, and preparation for Antarctic landings.
Day 5–9: Antarctic Peninsula Exploration
Daily Zodiac excursions to landing sites, penguin colonies, research stations, and scenic viewpoints. Cruise through icy channels and fjords.
Day 10–11: Return via Drake Passage
Sail back across the Drake Passage with onboard activities and wildlife observation.
Day 12: Disembarkation & Departure
Arrival at port. Disembark and transfer to airport for return journey.
